About the role

The institution seeks a motivated, seasoned Mortgage Loan Officer with at least three years of experience. This opportunity can be based in either Lincoln or Omaha.

Responsibilities

• Build strong referral relationships with realtors, builders, and other centers of influence.
• Manage a high-performing mortgage division that retains a majority of loans in-house.
• Generate a significant portion of business from the existing customer base.
• Utilize a strong product mix, including conventional, FHA, and VA loans, with conventional underwriting.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
• A track record of building strong referral relationships.
• Experience with conventional, FHA, and VA loans, using conventional underwriting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in using loan origination systems.
