Position Overview

As a Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter, you'll play a key role in attracting and onboarding motivated loan officers to our growing brokerage. This is an in-person role based in our Gilbert office and offers a base salary of $50,000 plus commission, with six-figure income potential. You'll be supported by a positive, high-energy team environment, providing leads, and ample growth opportunities within the company.
