Mortgage Loan Officer

About the role

We are seeking a driven Inside Loan Officer who brings grit, consistency, and a strong work ethic to support the residential real estate business of The Reynolds Team. This role is designed for a loan officer who understands that success is built through daily effort, disciplined follow-up, and meaningful conversations.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and existing consumer inquiries
• Nurture relationships through consistent outreach
• Originate residential mortgage loans
• Proactively work within an established database to uncover financing opportunities
• Play a key role in helping buyers move from initial interest to homeownership through consistent communication and exceptional service

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email
• Experience in mortgage lending or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay

Base salary: $35,000 – $45,000, commensurate with experience
