Responsibilities
- Maintain a robust pipeline, funding at least two loans per month
- Navigate the loan origination process from application to closing
- Provide strategic advice on home loan options tailored to each client's needs
- Ensure compliance with underwriting standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the Champion of Loans Team to deliver seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking is preferred
- Active NMLS License (or in the process of obtaining one)
- DFPI endorsement (or willingness to achieve)
- Minimum 2 years of mortgage lending or related experience
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Able to manage multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and the Microsoft Office suite
