Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant

About the role

This position will play a vital part in communicating with referral partners, current and past clients, real estate agents, lenders, and underwriters to nurture relationships and develop new business.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the completion of real estate loan applications
• Collect, analyze, and review supporting loan documentation in accordance with loan guidelines
• Provide support throughout the loan application process

Requirements

Detail-oriented personality is essential. Familiarity with loan processing procedures and software is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.

Skills

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
