Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist mortgage loan officers in processing loan applications
• Manage loan files from application to closing
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation
• Prepare loan packages and submit to underwriters
• Follow up on loan status and communicate updates to clients

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
