About the role
This position is based out of our office located at 1503 Linden St., Bethlehem.Responsibilities
- Solicit new business from both present and prospective customers and follow up on mortgage referrals from bank employees
- Develop relationships with customers, realtors, builders, and community/civic organizations to promote mortgage loan opportunities
- Generate new business
- Represent the bank at closing
Requirements
- Knowledge of the features and benefits of mortgage loan products and services as well current mortgage lending regulations
- Prior lending experience is preferred
- Self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
