Mortgage Loan Assistant
About the role
This position supports Mortgage Loan Originators in various administrative tasks leading up to application submission. Key responsibilities include collecting borrower documentation, addressing inquiries about loan status, and assisting operations partners with specific loan requests.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with borrowers for required documentation
- Respond to borrower questions regarding loan status
- Aid operations partners with specific loan requests
- Utilize marketing tools to assist in growing the assigned Mortgage Loan Originator’s book of business
Requirements
- NMLS registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in administrative support activities
- Previous sales support experience preferred
Qualifications
Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously, proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office applications.

$20.25 - 24.75 per hour
