About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Mortgage Lending Manager. Lead mortgage loan operations, manage underwriting, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage mortgage loan operations, including underwriting and closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline loan processing and improve efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to loan officers and underwriters.
- Monitor loan performance and take corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage lending or related field.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state mortgage laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with loan origination systems (LOS).
- Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
