About the role
The role is responsible for managing the bank's digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Manage social media platforms, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics
- Create and implement email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
- Analyze SEO data to optimize website content and improve search rankings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools
- Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google AdWords
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
- Knowledge of content creation and copywriting
