Mortgage Investor Sales Analyst (Processing Experience)

About the role

AmeriSave Mortgage is seeking a team member for its Investor Sales Analyst team. Ideal candidates should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide documentation and/or rebuttals to investors for credit items
• Deliver loans to investors and Agency (FNMA/FHLMC/GNMA)
• Ensure notes are requested and returned from investors and agency in case a loan cannot be sold or is repurchased
• Final Certification of GNMA pools and reconciliation processes
• Purchase advises for FNMA and FHLMC loans
• Obtain purchase advises for FNMA and FHLMC loans
• Provide files for MI audits and any supporting documentation needed
• Responsible for loans pulled for FHLMC and FNMA QC

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of mortgage experience (processing)
• Adept in complex income analysis and appraisal and title review
• Proficient with DU
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Government experience is a plus
• Prior wholesale experience is a plus

Qualifications

• High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).

Pay

Annual compensation for this position is approximately $65,000 commensurate with experience.
