Motivated and experienced Mortgage Consultant needed to assist clients in obtaining home loans. Key responsibilities include assessing loan applications, providing financial advice, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Auditing and processing loan applications
• Providing detailed financial advice to clients
• Closing mortgage transactions efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mortgage lending
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of various mortgage products
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
