Mortgage Branch Manager-Retail or Consumer Direct-BYOTeam-P&L/Override

About the role

We are looking to establish a presence in the major Texas metropolitan areas (Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio) by bringing on existing mortgage sales teams in retail purchase or consumer direct refinance.

Responsibilities

• Generate at least $10MM in monthly loan volume
• Manage and recruit a team of mortgage originators
• Work within a flat organizational structure to support mortgage teams seeking a fresh start
• Run your own sales organization and focus exclusively on sales and recruiting
• Become the face of the organization in your market
• Absorb full recruiting access within your respective metropolitan area
• Direct access to senior management

Requirements

Experience is required, including:

• Experience in mortgage origination or management
• Ability to generate at least $10MM in monthly loan volume
• Strong recruiting skills
• Flat organizational structure experience

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Knowledge of mortgage products and regulations
