Responsibilities

• Sales and recruiting
• Administration and staff supervision
• Client networking
• Strategically collaborate with sales team and operations staff
• Oversight of branch responsibilities for active production and pipeline management
• Work with corporate management and executive management team to execute company goals and sales
• Coordinate sales and operations team meetings according to company’s objectives and goals
• Conduct trainings according to industry and company updates
• Track and improve employee performance, including daily pipeline review and management
• Maintain and develop new marketing strategies
• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships
• Calculate, review, and submit employee commission statements and payroll according to accounting and payroll guidelines and deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)

Pay

$36,000 base salary plus incentive pay
