A Focus on Partnership and Network Building

• Identify, develop, and nurture a high-quality network of business partners that serves as a consistent, recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities.
• Your network may include: Talented Mortgage Loan Originators, Key Real Estate Professionals & Builders, Influential Accountants, Attorneys, and Financial Planners, Other valuable partners such as Architects, Title Companies, and Appraisers.

Leadership, Mentorship, and Excellence

• Primary point of contact and support for your MLOs and other vital business channels.
• Conduct interviews with prospective MLOs to shape the team's future.
• Maintain a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of lending programs, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to professional ethics.
• Ensure full compliance with all Federal and State regulatory requirements.

Key Functions & Collaborative Responsibilities

• Build Deep Relationships: Develop and maintain successful partnerships with MLOs, business referral sources, and existing/prospective clients.
• Proactive Prospecting: Continually seek out and prospect new mortgage lending opportunities for the branch.
• Guided Customer Journey: Meet with customers as needed during various stages of the loan process to ensure a smooth, positive experience.
• Resource & Information Hub: Expertly utilize our in-house reference tools to provide accurate, up-to-date loan program and policy information to both external partners and internal teams.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire loan process from origination to closing, providing clear, ongoing communication to customers and business partners to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
• Achieve Team Goals: Drive and achieve the production goals established by JET DIRECT MORTGAGE.
• Team Development: Oversee and ensure the successful completion of all assigned training activities for your Mortgage Loan Officers, helping them grow their skills and careers.
• Spearheading New Business Development: Lead the effort to develop a robust business referral network through targeted marketing, networking activities, and local outreach.
