Mortgage Account Executive-Real Estate Investor On Site, San Diego CA

Lendsure Mortgage Corp is looking for a full-time Mortgage Account Executive - Real Estate Investor to join our growing team in San Diego, CA.

About the role

As our Mortgage Account Executive - Real Estate Investor, you'll engage with investor clients, follow up with warm leads, reconnect with existing contacts, and build relationships with referral partners. You'll help investors evaluate financing options for investment properties and renovation projects, answer questions, manage expectations, and coordinate closely with internal lending teams to keep transactions moving forward.

Requirements

• 1+ year success in sales or client relationship work (mortgage industry preferred)
• Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset
• A bachelor's degree, as well as an interest in real estate, construction, property management, or fix and flip, is preferred

Pay

$48,000-$350,000 annually, including a base salary and commission structure incentives

Schedule

Full-time onsite position, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
