Mortgage Account Executive - Orlando, FL

About the role

We are seeking a Mortgage Account Executive to join our field sales team. This role involves guiding clients through the home financing process, converting leads into funded contracts, managing a pipeline, and building relationships with referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service, helping clients navigate the home financing process.
• Deliver a transparent and professional customer experience.
• Convert leads into funded home financing contracts, aiming for 3-4 closed contracts per month.
• Surpass monthly home financing sales goals by exhibiting unwavering dedication.
• Manage an active pipeline by following up with clients, responding to leads, and generating new business through networking, outreach, and referrals.
• Host and attend outreach events and educational seminars promoting our Sharia-Compliant home financing product at local mosques, organizations, and community gatherings.
• Build relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents and community leaders.
• Collect and review loan documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously.
• Familiarity and connection with local Muslim-American communities and Mosques required.
• Bilingual - English/Urdu or Arabic preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and managers via various means.
