About the role
We are seeking a Mortgage Account Executive to join our field sales team. This role involves guiding clients through the home financing process, converting leads into funded contracts, managing a pipeline, and building relationships within the community.
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line customer service, helping clients navigate home buying or refinancing processes.
- Deliver a transparent and professional customer experience.
- Achieve a target of 3-4 closed contracts per month.
- Sell Sharia-Compliant home financing products, attending outreach events and educational seminars.
- Manage an active client pipeline by following up, responding to leads, and generating new business.
- Collect and review loan documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously.
- Familiarity and connection with local Muslim-American communities and mosques required.
- Bilingual in English/Urdu or Arabic preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and managers via various means.
