Mandatory Hours

Soccer Shots operates Tuesday-Friday from 9am-1pm. Additional hours may be available.

About the Role

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program focused on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children aged 2 to 8 years old and are passionate about our mission.

Responsibilities

• Attend coaches' meetings at the start of the season.
• Review the online curriculum (provided and aligned with Nevada early education standards).
• Ensure equipment is in proper condition and arrive on time to set up the field for the session.
• Manage childcare responsibilities by gathering children from classrooms and returning them after the session (for childcare sites).
• Follow proper protocols for each location as outlined by Soccer Shots supervisors.
• Conduct 35- to 45-minute sessions following the weekly Soccer Shots curriculum.

Compensation

• Starting compensation: $20.00 per hour
• Opportunity for hourly rate increases
• Session duration: 35 to 45 minutes
• Part-time coaches handle 10-15 sessions per week and participate in administrative and marketing roles.
