About the Role

Soccer Shots (the official two to five-year-old program of US Youth Soccer) is looking to expand its team of dynamic early childhood instructors to accommodate its growth in the Kalamazoo, Portage, and surrounding areas.

Soccer Shots is the #1 Children's Fitness franchise in the country. The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Responsible: Arrives on time to each session, can handle a group of 10 or more children, keeps accurate attendance, communicates well with Soccer Shots director of coaching, etc.
• Professional: Neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with day care center staff and director as well as parents, self-assured.
• Enthusiastic: Must enjoy interacting with young children (2 – 8 years old), and be able to connect with them on their level, making the Soccer Shots class the best part of their week. You must be very outgoing and animated; able to be silly with the children.
• Soccer: Soccer experience is a plus but is not necessary!
• Transportation: Must have your own, reliable transportation and valid license and car insurance.
• Equipment: Must own and have daily access to a computer, printer, and internet

Compensation

This is a part-time position. Compensated at $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
