Responsibilities

• Create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere by interacting verbally with all guests.
• Present the menus and take and relay orders to the service bar and kitchen.
• Mix drinks according to hotel standards.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests.
• Observe guests and respond to any additional requests.
• Serve as a Breakfast Attendant.
• Check the guest's identification to ensure they meet age requirements.

Requirements

• A high school diploma.
• A valid Food Safety Handler Certificate.
• A valid Liquor Permit.
• The ability to deal with various types of personalities and situations.
• The ability to make fast and sound decisions.
• The desire to reach perfection.
• The ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Availability to work weekends if needed.
