Morning Receptionist
Position Overview
Greet all clients, prospects and employees in a warm and welcoming manner
Provide superior customer service to current members and prospects
Check members in, schedule appointments and answer membership questions
Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales and onboarding new members
Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand

Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in fitness, hospitality or customer service
- Morning shift availability (5am-9am or 5am-1pm)
- Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
- Passion for health and wellness
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Compensation
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
