Morning Gymnastics Instructor Toddler and Pre-K

About the role

The Little Gym of Rogers is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic instructor to lead morning classes for toddlers and preschoolers. No prior gymnastics experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Teach parent/child classes for children aged 4 months to 3 years.
• Teach preschool gymnastics classes for children aged 3–6 years.
• Lead fun, high-energy, age-appropriate classes using The Little Gym curriculum.
• Create a welcoming, encouraging environment for children and their families.
• Create opportunities for children to build confidence, coordination, and social skills through movement and play.
• Communicate with parents before and after class.
• Aid in light cleaning and gym setup to maintain a safe, organized facility.

Requirements

• Great with young children and families.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stay physically active throughout the shift.
• Available to work weekday mornings.

Qualifications

• No prior gymnastics experience required.

Schedule

Morning weekday shifts, approximately 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (hours may vary).

Pay

$12.00 - $16.00 per hour.
