About the Role

We introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment. You will teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method, provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, and create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.

Responsibilities

• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
• You love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!
• You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
• You love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and do work.
• You’ll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you’ll be moving all day.

Requirements

• You could get paid to fold t-shirts or you could get paid to act like a dinosaur. The choice is yours.
• This may not be your career, but we are surely going to train you like it is.

Qualifications

• You love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!
• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps as well.
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
• You love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and do work.
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
• You walk out of our classes more confident than when you walked in every single day.

Schedule

Immediate openings for Monday and Wednesday mornings. Please do not apply to this specific job if you do not have consistent availability to work each Monday and Wednesday day. (Other positions are available for evenings and weekends)
