Assistant Teacher – Classroom Floater

We are looking for enthusiastic floater teachers who are committed to creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. The primary focus is assisting in guiding young learners while prioritizing their safety and well‑being. The floater will collaborate with the lead teacher to plan engaging activities that promote growth across various areas of development and cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in daily classroom activities and instruction.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of children at all times.
• Collaborate with lead teachers to plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to share observations and address concerns.
• Adapt to different classroom settings as a floater, providing consistent support across multiple classrooms.
