Responsibilities Must earn and maintain certiication on all department operations within one (1) year of beginning this job.Duties include coverage of operations from Packager to Setup OperatorRoutinely may be asked to cover high graded jobsObey all company policies, standards and rules, including but not limited to:-Safety policies and rules (including lockout procedure)-Quality policies and rulesRegularly shift from performing one job to performing another jobUnderstand and complete all required paperwork for every job performed in a timely fashionPrioritize activities using sound business decision-making skillsCover other associate's absences as requested/assignedCertified in and perform SAP/OEE transactionsPerform inspections and file paperworkSustain a productive work environment through effective communication with team membersMust maintain regular, punctual attendance Experience & Education High school diploma or GED required1+ year experience working in a manufacturing environment and/or experience working for BD or embectaProduction experience with automatic assembly equipment preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Proficient reading, writing and speaking EnglishBasic computer keyboard & navigational skills including Microsoft OfficeDecision making & problem solving skills (07 Floater, C shift) embecta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
