About the role

This position combines the responsibilities of a Morning Busser, Janitor, and Barback. You will clean and maintain the Twin Peaks restaurant, with a focus on both the dining area and the bar. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline in keeping the restaurant clean, sanitized, and well-stocked.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Twin Peaks bar, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Assist the Twin Peaks Girls behind the bar by restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring smooth bar operations.
• Empty trash, sweep, mop, and perform other janitorial duties to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Support team members during peak hours to ensure a seamless guest experience.
