Barback / Busser

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare tables in between guests
• Work to keep the restaurant clean and maintained with duties such as sweeping, dusting, and picking up trash
• Support the bar staff, keep liquor stocked, and maintain inventory
• Support the servers in their daily tasks
• Clean up messes and spills as they occur
• Help with other restaurant duties as needed

Requirements

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction
• Ability to work well on a team and maintain a positive attitude at all times
• Good multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure

Physical Requirements

This can be a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.
