Busser/Barback

About the role

We are hiring for the combined role of Busser, Janitor, and Barback. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the Twin Peaks restaurant, with a focus on high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. As a Barback, you will also support the Twin Peaks bar and its beverage program, working closely with the Twin Peaks Girls behind the bar.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restaurant dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen spaces.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
• Support the bar team by restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and assisting with beverage preparation.
• Uphold extreme standards of cleanliness and discipline in all tasks.
• Work collaboratively with the Twin Peaks Girls and other team members to ensure a smooth operation.
