The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital field team member, helping families honor their loved ones during difficult times. This role offers the opportunity to create lasting tributes while working outdoors in a close-knit, supportive environment. You will gain valuable hands-on trade skills and make a meaningful impact in local communities.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Dig and pour concrete foundations according to site conditions and cemetery specifications.
• Install granite monuments, bases, markers, and memorial products with high precision.
• Safely transport, position, and level heavy materials using specialized equipment.
• Protect surrounding cemetery grounds, historic turf, and neighboring markers during installations.
• Operate trucks, trailers, setting tools, and field equipment following safety guidelines.
• Coordinate professionally with cemetery personnel and funeral home staff on-site.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to the daily reporting location in Middletown, PA.
• Physical capability to lift, move, and position heavy stone materials daily.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of working hours to various cemetery sites.
• Self-motivated and conscientious mindset with strong attention to visual alignment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 3 years of hands-on experience in masonry, hardscaping, construction, or landscaping.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience setting cemetery monuments or operating material handling equipment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay with a bi-weekly pay cycle and overtime potential. Pay range: $23–$25 per hour.
