Responsibilities

• Practice best insulation practices and train insulation, plaster, sealer, and spray helpers.
• Install products as allowed by associated collective bargaining agreement and/or project labor agreement.
• Understand blueprints and sketches.
• Measure, shape, and cut materials to specified measurements.
• Insulate, spray, plaster, trowel, seal, cover, wrap, staple, glue, and fit insulating/sealant/foam/materials.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools, and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Perform any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned per the CBAs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes (this is a safety-sensitive position).

Travel Requirements

• Local travel; out-of-town travel as required.
• Daily travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products.
• Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed (includes confined spaces and small areas).

Pay

Compensation range: $26.24 - $26.24 per hour. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
