Installer

Responsibilities

• Review work jacket with supervisor
• Review and confirm accuracy of breakout in accordance with customer contract
• Perform site prep which includes any work needed to modify the existing structure
• Carpentry work can include deck modifications, dormer installation, overhang cutoffs, wood knee wall builds, wall alterations, floor and ridge plates, and finish carpentry work
• Simple and complex decks
• Layout and cut all materials to install the job
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site
• Install All View, ComfortView, and Solarium products
• Able to complete basic carpentry duties such as dormer attachment, fascia removal, standard fascia attachment, etc.
• Able to build simple decks as well as demolition of old rooms
• Perform service work
• Collect necessary stage payments from customer when applicable
• May be responsible for set up, take down, and repair of displays used for various outside marketing events

Qualifications

• The Installer must complete the Apprentice Development Program
• Have a minimum of 3-6 months of in the field training prior to promotion
