About the role
Data collection specialist for the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA).
Responsibilities
- Collect crop and livestock information from farm and ranch operators and agricultural industry representatives.
- Conduct both phone and in-person interviews to gather agricultural data.
- Use collected data to make estimates for producers, buyers, and state and federal governments.
Requirements
- Part-time and intermittent work schedule with flexible days and hours.
- All training provided.
- No prior experience necessary, but an agriculture background is helpful.
- Basic computer skills required.
- An iPad will be provided for work.
- Multilingualism is a plus but not required.
- A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance are required.
- Work is based in Blaine and Hill Counties.
- The work involves conducting voluntary surveys for operators.
- You must be able to pass a background check.
