This is a senior level engineer to support engineering and architecture functions for the observability team and is expected to be converted to FTE in May 2027.

About the role

Provide hands-on technical leadership for platform reliability and scalability
Design and enforce observability patterns and standards
Lead AIOps enablement (Davis AI / causal analysis)
Prevent uncontrolled log growth, alert noise, and cost overruns
Ensure data models align across observability tools (Dynatrace, IBM SevOne, ServiceNow ITOM and others)

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $67.17 - $111.94/hr.
