About the role

JYL Transportation, Inc. offers the perfect combination of Pay, Benefits, and Flexibility. As a Van Monitor, you will earn a starting rate of $18/hr with potential for full-time hours and flexible shifts from 6:00am-8:00pm. Additionally, you can earn extra income by running errands or driving as a ride-share service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clients' behavior to provide appropriate guidance, feedback, and direction when necessary.
• Safely assist clients as needed, such as helping them enter and exit the vehicle, using the vehicle’s lap and shoulder belts, and safely securing them in car seats and booster seats.
• Communicate effectively and clearly in English with clients, parents, program staff, and JYL staff.

• Age 19+
• Ability to pass a background check, CORI, and SORI.
