Molding Technician 3rd Shift (11:00PM - 7:30AM)

Responsibilities

• Performs routine tasks such as fabrication and testing.
• Follows instructions closely and documents work accurately.
• Works under close supervision and receives instruction, guidance, and direction from more senior level roles.
• Performs mold setup using standard tools and procedures under supervision.
• Familiarity with different molding processes (e.g., injection, compression, blow, thermoforming).
• Basic understanding of part measurement tools and quality inspection techniques.
• Able to read and interpret basic blueprints and part drawings.
• Learns to identify and report common molding defects.
• Demonstrates basic communication skills; listens actively and follows instructions.
• Shows initiative in learning and completing assigned tasks reliably.
• Understands the importance of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification or associate's degree preferred.
• Entry Level and willingness to learn.

Pay

• The expected salary range for this position is $24.00 to $26.00 hourly, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
