Molding Operator - 2nd & 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package parts according to standards.
• Move empty and full containers to/from proper holding locations.
• Complete daily work report and other paperwork (including machine check in).
• Complete scanning activities for production and scrap reporting.
• Complete 5C’s and TPM activity and any other tasks as requested by department leadership.
• Assist in mold change safety confirmations (e.g., clamp torque confirmations).
• Participate in daily shift communication meeting and communicate with leadership regarding any issues with equipment, process, or quality checks.
• Handle material and scrap as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading, math, and communication skills.

Schedule

• Third Shift: 10:30 pm – 7:00 am (0.75 shift premium).
• Second Shift: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm (0.50 shift premium).
