Molder-1st Shift

Pentair is seeking a Molder to join its Delavan, WI team. The role involves operating plastic injection molding presses to produce quality components that support the company’s mission of delivering sustainable water solutions worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding presses to produce components, including proper placement and removal of inserts and parts.
• Perform secondary operations such as removing spurs and knockouts, sonic welding, deburring, machining, and minor assembly and packaging.
• Conduct in‑process quality checks and communicate non‑conformances to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain the card system and determine KanBan quantities.
• Complete productivity reporting and quality audit reporting.

Requirements

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and air tools.
• Experience with sonic welders, drill presses, arbor presses, pallet jacks, mills, measuring equipment, and scale grinders.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, twist at the waist, and lift or lower weights up to 50 lb.
• Steel‑toed shoes are required on the production floor.

Pay

The hourly pay for this role is $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, with the opportunity for a rate increase after proficiency in certain skills and completion of training. Actual pay may vary based on achievements, skills, and experience.

Schedule

1st shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday – Friday. Overtime may be required after the shift or on Saturdays.
