Mold Technician

About the role

Maintain and repair molds used in manufacturing processes. Perform quality checks on molded parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection molding machines
• Inspect molded parts for defects
• Adjust machine settings based on part specifications
• Document maintenance activities and repairs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in mold maintenance or similar field
• Knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to work in a manufacturing environment

Skills

• Proficient in using CAD software
• Experience with mold design and analysis tools
• Knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing
