Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Perform mold and material changeovers to ensure continuous production.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of molding issues to maintain optimal machine performance.
- Document production and inspection data accurately for quality control purposes.
- Maintain proper care of molds, materials, and equipment to ensure longevity and safety.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet schedules, reduce scrap, and uphold safety standards.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient manufacturing floor environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of injection molding processes and machinery operation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and quality assurance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with production and quality teams.
