Mold Set Up TM

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair for mold breakdown and other unplanned mold maintenance activities including pre-production mold preparation.
• Analyze mold failures for trends and implement countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
• Perform overall maintenance for injection molds.
• Mechanical troubleshooting experience
• Manage work activity and spare parts using MP2 software system.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties
• Perform overall maintenance for facilities, equipment, grounds and machinery
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
