Responsibilities
- Design, create, and repair molds according to specifications
- Use precision tools and machines to shape molds accurately
- Analyze project requirements and provide solutions for mold improvement
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure molds meet quality standards
- Maintain and troubleshoot mold equipment to ensure optimal performance
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Technical degree in mold making or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a mold maker or similar role
- Strong understanding of mold design and manufacturing processes
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and precision measuring tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
