Start Date: To be decided Full Job Overview: END CLIENT NAME: Beacon MedTech, contract manufacturer of custom-engineered thermoplastic, liquid silicone rubber (LSR) and thermoset parts and assemblies We are seeking a Mold Maker/Manufacturing Technician. The primary responsibilities will be to build, repair, and modify molds using CNC/manual machines while ensuring precision and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities Build new molds from raw materials using CNC and manual machining equipmentRepair and modify existing molds using using CNC and manual machining equipmentDisassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble molds for repair and evaluationReview and interpret drawings and modelsOperate lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and other manual/CNC equipmentUse precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges) to ensure tight tolerance machining and final fittingCollaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend improvementsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company and industry safety standardsPerform other Tool Room-related duties as assigned Benefits: Health Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision)PTO, Paid Holidays401K with MatchLife InsuranceAnnual bonus and incentive planSTD & LTD Apply for this job Mold Maker Location: Leominster, MA | Type: Direct hire | Work Mode: On site Salary: Not disclosed Experience: Mid Level (5-8 yrs exp.)
