Mold Attendant - 7pm - 7am (3-2-2-3 Schedule)

About the Role

This is a 12-month contract position on W2 for US Citizens or Green Card holders only. The role is located in Sumter, SC, and operates on a 3rd shift schedule (7 PM - 7 AM) with a 3-2-2-3 rotation.

Responsibilities

• Manually inspect, label, and package clinical and commercial products.
• Perform finished product packaging to meet customer, internal, clinical, and other demand requirements.
• Ensure finished product packaging adheres to procedures and Quality specifications.
• Inspect in-process packaging and components to maintain consistent quality and remove defective products or materials.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts.
• Perform simple mathematical calculations to assist in completing batch records.
• Assist with inventory counting activities as required.
• Participate in safety audits and engage in daily safety discussions/observations.
• Perform routine cleaning of packaging stations and processing equipment.
• Adhere to all personal protective equipment (PPE) and product contamination control (e.g., gowning) requirements.
• Handle hazardous waste as appropriate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 1 year of industry work experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Good documentation practices.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Schedule

3rd shift: 7 PM - 7 AM, following a 3-2-2-3 rotation.
