Module Lead- QA

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers in the execution of test plans and test cases.
• End-to-end testing of application, Preparing test data.
• Validating the functionality of the application
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct thorough regression testing and performance testing to validate software functionality.
• Implement best practices in testing processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present test reports and metrics to stakeholders, highlighting quality status and risks.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Selenium with Java for automated testing.
• Proficient in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage QA projects effectively.

Skills

• Familiarity with other automation tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages beyond Java.

Pay

$60,000 to $125,000 annually
