About the role

We are looking for a seasoned software engineer with deep expertise in AI agents, workflows, and modern cloud architectures to help build the next generation of intelligent enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents and agentic workflows using Microsoft AI Foundry, Fabric, and Copilot technologies.
• Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices in .NET (C#) or Python.
• Integrate enterprise systems through APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Implement LLM-driven features leveraging prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, function calling, vector search, and semantic search.
• Develop and optimize solutions on Azure, including Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Azure Functions.
• Apply modern software engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and responsible AI governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 1+ year of experience building AI agents, AI workflows, or agentic applications.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Copilot technologies, Azure AI Services, and Azure OpenAI.
• Strong backend development experience in .NET (C#) or Python.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of LLM concepts including prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, function calling, vector search, and semantic search.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building multi-agent systems.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar.
• Experience with Azure AI Search, Document Intelligence, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Azure Functions.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI governance and Responsible AI practices.
• Experience deploying AI applications to production.
• Familiarity with React or modern web frameworks.
