Modular Project Manager

About the role

The Modular Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of modular construction projects. This includes managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of modular construction projects
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience with modular construction techniques and materials
• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
