Responsibilities
- Own the entire customer journey—from first conversation to closing table
- Control the sales process and close high-value deals
- Build relationships that convert into contracts
- Present homes confidently and overcome objections
- Drive traffic through social media and personal branding
- Educate buyers on financing and initiate loan applications
- Maintain follow-up momentum and generate referrals
- Collaborate with leadership to move deals efficiently

Requirements
- Competitive and results-driven

- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
