Titan Factory Direct is one of the fastest-growing housing retailers in the nation and a direct retailer for Champion Homes - an industry leader since 1953. We are looking for a Modular Home Sales Consultant who is bilingual in Spanish and English to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire customer journey - from first conversation to closing table
• Control the sales process and close high-value deals
• Build relationships that convert into contracts
• Present homes confidently and overcome objections
• Drive traffic through social media and personal branding
• Educate buyers on financing and initiate loan applications
• Maintain follow-up momentum and generate referrals
• Collaborate with leadership to move deals efficiently

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

Qualifications

Sales experience is preferred, but drive and coachability matter more than tenure.
