Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets for modular homes
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and builders
• Present and promote modular home options to potential buyers
• Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our products
• Manage leads from initial contact through close

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in home sales or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passport (for international travel)

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
